Transportation operators traditionally have served their clients outside of their service area by partnering with affiliates across the world. One of the biggest challenges of these partnerships is reservation information and trip details that need to be communicated back and forth on a constant basis.

Transportation operators have been known to purchase multiple dispatch booking systems to be able to electronically send and receive trip information with partners who use similar systems. The GNet platform provides real-time connectivity between dispatch systems without operators having to invest in any new software or make any special installations on their side. Once registered on GNet, a transportation operator can partner with any member on the GNet platform to provide the same world wide travel experience for their passengers.

Sender can send and update trip information to any of their affiliates right from their own dispatch system with no delay in real-time. Receiver will automatically send back status codes, chauffeur name, number and picture, as well as vehicle and license plate information. If the receiving operator uses their native system’s driver app, then the sending party can also track the location without any extra software.
